I agreed with you that MSSD was the best thing ever happened to me. Kitty Fischer was my very first Deaf school librarian. It broke my heart to read about her situation with JKF. If MSSD and KDES were demonstration schools, I have yet to understand JKF's reason for modeling on other schools in term of awarding tenure to faculty. They are teaching in <I>the</I> Laurent Clerc National Center at Gallaudet University, and they deserve such a tenure award. I'm at loss...
